Deposits are $150 per person. All persons in a reservation must deposit at the same time. If guests qualify for any better rate or cheaper deposit at time of booking, they are permitted and encouraged to take advantage of it.
Insurance is not required but recommended. It is priced per person based on room category selected. Interior $49. Oceanview $65. Balcony $95.
