Stockholm-Västerås Airport is located five kilometres outside the city center, just a 15-minute drive from the city centre. The city bus number 3 goes to the airport, the bus leaves from the bus station as well as from the city center.

The bus ervices run regularly from early morning to late evening on weekdays and until 3:30 am at weekends. Please note that the buses are cashless. It is easy to get round Västerås on foot or by bike. The city has an amazing 380 km of cycle paths and in the summer you can rent a bike at the guest harbour, a short walk away from the city centre.
